When the Author of Panic Away, Joe Barry, first published the book a while ago, it was a smashing hit among people suffering from panic attacks, including me. If you were or are one of them, you should definitely know that you are not alone. With the initial success, the skeptics and critics came naturally, as they always do when something gets more popular.

Joe Barry used to suffer heavily from Panic Attacks himself, probably one of the worst cases in the Joe Barry and His Panic Away Programcountry. One day though, he was fed up. He set out to discover a solution to Panic Attacks. That was when he discovered something, he called it the One Move Technique.

The One Move Technique allowed Mr. Barry to instantly banish any sign of anxiety as soon as it appeared. Boom, gone. Just like that. Insanely powerful stuff if you ask me. That’s about enough about Joe Barry for now, what’s actually in his book – Panic Away?

Panic Away is a comprehensive 150 page ebook describing the step by step process you should go through to permanently get rid of every last bit of anxiety within you. Joe Barry presents his information in an easy to read format. He does not use complicated psycho babble words often and explains himself when he does. He uses stories to help make his point and carries the reader through a logical progression as he reveals his One Move technique.

Joe Barry does a nice job of explaining the symptoms of panic attacks as well as the myths and misconceptions of panic and anxiety attacks. The One Move technique is presented quite early in the book and is extensively explained and reinforced. The Panic Away book offers some specific applications of the One Move such as driving with panic attacks, anxiety attacks from the fear of leaving home and anxiety due to fear of flying and fear of public speaking. The One Move also claims to be an effective treatment for General Anxiety Disorder (GAD).

After applying the One Move Technique out of the book, I have never experienced the slightest anxiety or panic attack since. You might find that hard to believe, and if I was reading this before I bought Panic Away, I would have thought the same thing. Not anymore though, not at all. Let me explain why. Seriously, I couldn’t be more grateful for what I have received here, it’s just insane. If you’ve experienced even just a few panic attacks, then Joe Barry’s Panic Away is the way to go.
