Panic attacks are a state of mind, nothing more. All of the physical symptoms are just repercussions of the brain changing it’s state from normal, calm state to panic mode. These might include dizziness, tightening of the throat, racing heart and hot flushes. When you notice these, you can fairly easily stop the attack from happening in this early stage.

It is actually fairly simple to be able to cure your panic attacks and stop them from happening in the first place. To do this, you need to be able to break the fear of having future panic attacks and to be able to quickly bring your brain back into rational thinking mode as soon as you notice the symptoms of an attack starting.
